In a sport that desperately needs personality injected into it, 16 year old school boy Jaylyn Robotham may be the antidote.
A junior BMX champion, Robotham’s career in motorsport began as a relatively unknown competitor. In fact, one may be forgiven for mistaking Robotham as an inspiring artist or musician – such is his love for the arts.
But in 2017, in his own laconic way, Jaylyn Robotham popped out of relative obscurity to national prominence when he won the popular ‘Aussie Driver Search’ out of thousands of hopefuls. A cool $20,000 later and Jaylyn found himself on the Australian motorsport map.
In 2018 Jay competed in the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series, a support category to the Supercars Championship and managed to finish 5th overall – despite missing Bathurst due to age dispensation.
2019 sees a busy year ahead as the young teen tackles the Toyota 86 Racing Series for a second year in a row as well as making his debut in the TA2 Asia Series.
CAMS Rising Star Scholarship winner
7-time State Karting Champion
2-time National Karting Champion
National title in the Australian Legend car series
First to be identified and signed to Push Management’s inaugural Junior Development Program, Morse left open wheel racing in 2018 to enter the popular Toyota 86 Racing Series.
In 2019, Morse will take on the Toyota 86 Series for a second year in a row and at just 19 years of age, is on a journey to reach his ultimate goal – V8Supercars.
Having been selected for the CAMS Foundation Rising Star Scholarship in 2017, the Canberra native is a rising star with shades of Jamie Whincup’s humble yet ruthlessly determined ambition.
Morse’s presence is calm and appealing, presenting an opportunity for sponsors to align with his journey across multiple motorsport categories as he chases his V8Supercars dream.
Australian Production Car Champion
At just 19 years of age, Jones is a driven young man who is always striving to improve himself. With a passion for surfing, extreme sports and travel, Calum Jones loves pushing the boundaries.
A talent that blossomed early, Jones has an impressive history at karting level where he won the ‘Junior AusKart Championship’ at age 13. He then took the next step and entered the Hyundai X3 Series in Queensland, placing third overall.
2015 saw a step up for the talented youngster with a second place finish in the championship, a reward for the hard work.
In 2018 he won his class in the Australian Production Car Series in a Renault Megane and coming into 2019, Calum Jones will step up again as he chases an opportunity to compete in TCR Australia.
