The Dunlop Super 2 Series will head to the streets of Adelaide for the final round of the season this weekend at the VAILO Adelaide 500. With the Super 2 Series last competing at Bathurst back in October, there’s no denying that Jordyn Sinni will be eager to get back behind the wheel of his Car City backed Holden.

Sinni had a positive run when he was last in the car, finishing no lower than 15th across the weekend. The youngster has been busy preparing for the final round of the Championship, cutting plenty of laps in his Go Kart in preparation.

The Adelaide street circuit will also be another first track for Sinni, and so Thursday’s practice sessions will be significant in learning the track layout and technicalities.

“Adelaide is another new track for me,” said Sinni.

“Obviously track walk and those first practice sessions will be really important for me to learn the track and get my ahead around it.

“I’ve been keeping busy since the last round, keeping up with my fitness and also cutting plenty of laps in my Kart; trying to be as best prepared as possible.

“We had a relatively good round at Bathurst, we stayed out of trouble and managed to stay inside the top 15 which was good.

“I usually enjoy the street style circuits, there’s not much room for error and they require a lot of concentration. I’m hoping I can stay out of trouble and have a good, clean weekend.”

This weekend’s schedule will see two practice sessions on Thursday, followed by two qualifying sessions on Friday, one race on Saturday and the final race to round of the season on Sunday.

Coverage of the action will be televised on KAYO and Fox Sports, with Saturday and Sunday’s being broadcast on Ch 7 and 7Plus. Make sure to check your local guides for timing.

The Dunlop Super 2 Series kicks off with practice one on Thursday 23rd November at 12:40pm local time.
